Work on the A35 and RD 105: What is the status of the vast project launched a year ago in the Upper Rhine?

It is a construction site that makes talk and sometimes even plague the motorists who go daily to Basel or to the agglomeration of Saint-Louis. For a year, the works of the A35 motorway and the RD 105, two saturated axes, must allow to support the economic expansion of the area of the Three Frontiers. Explanations.

Ported by the European Community of Alsace, the vast 5A3F project (Aménagements pour l'aménagement des accesses autoroute-agglomeration des 3 Frontières) started on 19 February 2024. A year and a month later, the project took a lead, despite an additional cost of almost five million euros, considered necessary to minimise the inconvenience caused to users.
