Salinas City Council debates rent stabilization ordinance

The Salinas City Council is reconsidering a rent stabilization ordinance that limits rent increases and provides relocation assistance for no-fault evictions.

Salinas City Council votes 5-2 in favor of rescinding rent stabilization.
