Sartorius acquires Swedish microtissue company - SAT.1 REGIONAL

Göttingen (dpa/lni) – The laboratory supplier Sartorius acquires the micro-tissue business of the Swedish company BICO AB. For a purchase price of around 72 million euros, the Dax Group from Göttingen acquires the companies MatTek and Visikol and their 80 employees, as announced by the Lower Saxony company.
