COLUMBUS, Ind. — The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced Friday the availability of low-interest federal disaster loans for small businesses, private nonprofits and residents in Bartholomew County and other Indiana communities affected by severe storms and tornadoes occurring March 19.
