A second arrest has been made in the March 9 death of a man found suffering from a gunshot wound inside a wrecked vehicle on McNeese Street. Lake Charles Police previously told the American Press that officers were called to a vehicle crash just before 11 p.m. March 9 near the McNeese Legacy Center.
