Senamhi issues orange alert in 13 regions due to ‘dangerous’ phenomenon that will last until Tuesday

The entity attached to the Ministry of the Environment issued a weather notice that warned about intense precipitation, electrical discharges and strong winds that will be recorded from April 27 to 29
