After five decades at 24, Akbar Road, the Congress has moved to a new headquarters, Indira Bhawan, a kilometre from the BJP head office at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg. Wary of having an office on a road named after the long-dead RSS ideologue, the Congress is using its back door as the main entrance. It has preferred Kotla to Upadhyay.
