Indiana has edged closer to becoming the latest state to ban lottery courier services after a bill proposing the idea passed both the House and the Senate. Lawmakers from both chambers have given their backing to House Bill 1,053, which is sponsored by Republican duo Ron Alting and Lonnie Randolph.
