South III connection works at Flaubert Bridge: good and bad news

The motorists are not at the end of their sentence. During a press visit of the construction site of the connection of the South III to the Flaubert bridge in Rouen, Friday 4 April 2025, it was announced that the north-south direction of the new access of the bridge will be put into circulation during the second fortnight of April. But there is still a year of work for the construction of the south-north direction.
