STA: Agricultural crops more expensive for processors in February

The prices of agricultural products at producers were on average 8.5 percent higher year-on-year in February, while the value at the time of their purchase was higher by 11.3 percent, the statistics bureau said. Agricultural input prices were higher in February at both monthly and year-on-year levels, with fertilisers rising the most.

Producer prices of agricultural products in Germany were 2.6% higher in February 2025 than in the same month of the previous year.
