Just over a fifth of invited three-year-olds from five municipalities in Carinthia, who were offered the possibility of taking blood to check their lead content by NIJZ, responded to the invitations. Parents will receive the results at home after the analyzes have been carried out, the NIJZ unit in Ravenna announced today before the upcoming international week for the prevention of lead poisoning.
