Starting today, the requirement for a paid electronic visa called ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) for those traveling for tourism in the United Kingdom, on the model of what you already pay for the US. The first to have it, when they arrive in the country, are non-EU citizens; Europeans, including Italians, will be required from April 2.
