Lowville, N.Y. — A 13-and 14-year-old were arrested following a three-day string of stealing from unlocked cars, breaking into a storage unit and crashing a stolen car, troopers said.The teens are accused of committing the crimes from March 17 to March 19 throughout Lewis County, State Police said in a news release Friday.
