Richmond Heights City Council received a visit Tuesday (April 22) from State Rep. Dan Troy, D-23, who spoke of the benefits of voters approving a renewal of Issue 2 on May 6. Issue 2 provides grant funds to help lessen the costs for municipalities undertaking infrastructure replacements or improvements.
