Submit to the National Assembly to abolish district courts and establish 355 regional courts

The Supreme People's Court submitted to the National Assembly an amendment to the Law on Organization of People's Courts to abolish high-level and district-level courts and establish regional courts to organize the court system into three levels: supreme court, provincial court, and regional court.
