VEA / Presidential Press In the framework of a revolutionary approach that puts communities at the center of public management and security, the sectoral vice president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, instructed all organizations of the Bolivarian government to turn around the Communal Circuits, as part of a new territorialization strategy that will begin in the Sucre municipality of Miranda State.
