MONTEREY — The Highland County Board of Supervisors set a public hearing to adopt a revised Emergency Medical Services fee ordinance at 6 p.m. on March 19. The board hired former county attorney Melissa Dowd to draft the revised ordinance based on supervisors’ desires to capture more habitable dwellings.
