A 38-year-old man has been charged after turning himself in to police in connection with a stolen vehicle and a fatal crash in St. Catharines earlier this week. Niagara Regional Police say Mathew Morris of St. Catharines surrendered to officers on Friday. He is facing charges of robbery and failing to stop at the scene of a collision.
