SAN ANTONIO – A man guilty of murder was sentenced to 40 years in prison, reported the Bexar County District Attorney. Victor Rivas is responsible for the death of Ethan Soto, who stole THC cartridges (a chemical found in marijuana). In response to the robbery, Rivas fired.
