Suspect of running over Correctional Officer arrested in Moca

This afternoon, a correctional officer was seriously injured while preparing to file an arrest warrant against an individual for violating court orders. The officer was taken to a hospital in the region, from where he would be referred by air ambulance to a hospital in the metropolitan area.

The preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 23, 2025.
