Highway in Arkansas city of Earle flooded, blamed for several crashes
Earle Mayor Jaylen Smith is urging the public to stay off the town's busiest road — Highway 64 — because of the nearby Tyronza River overflowing. He said it's already caused several accidents, describing the road as "turning into a river."
