Tax real estate more, but labor less, economists suggest

Significantly higher land tax, protection for poor owners and motivation to build more. Economists from the research organization PAQ Research have come up with a proposal for changing property taxation. They do not like the fact that very little of this tax flows into the state coffers, while labor taxation in the Czech Republic is among the highest in Europe.
