Teacher at Osaka Prefectural High School receives pay cut after becoming enraged at "Haniwa look" and grabbing female student's hair and removing her trousers

On the 25th, the Osaka Prefectural Board of Education announced disciplinary action against two teachers and staff members, including a three-month pay cut (1/10) for a male teacher (58) in charge of student guidance at a prefectural high school, for grabbing the hair of a female student who broke school rules by wearing her uniform in a way that caused her to bleed.
