The bidding race for the communications space heats up: Keystone is considering joining

The Infrastructure Fund has asked the company to wait ten days with the decision on the debt arrangement, during which it will consider submitting a bid on its behalf; so far, the bids submitted for control of the company have been those from Lapidot Capital and Aaron Frankel, along with the Hungarian company 4iG.
