Two books are about Francis' role in the Vatican, the diplomacy he has implemented and the battles he has fought there.

He led one of the most immobility institutions on the planet, but understood as no one else the change of the times: the deficit of general attention, the fleeting news cycles, the power of images or what he called the globalization of indifference. And Jorge Mario Bergoglio, the recently deceased Pope Francis, ended up molding a diplomacy full of gestures of high symbolic voltage to attract the diffuse attention of the world.
