The cable car, a good idea for the urban transport of tomorrow?

The idea, submitted by residents of Sedan, was taken over by Ardennes elected officials. Why not build an urban cable car in order to unblock the "Residence Ardennes"? Although located in the heart of the Ardennes city, this neighborhood suffers from a lack of accessibility.
