Alexey Vysokov (former deputy founder of Perm's Telta Telephone Plant), accused of stealing 48 million rubles, signed a contract to participate in the SVO while under investigation, TASS reported referring to a source. However, he did not notify the Ministry about his case, and law enforcement officers — that he had become a serviceman.
