Moscow plans to reconstruct the Electric Plant, a unique example of industrial architecture of the early 20th century. After a severe fire on February 8, 2025, almost all tenants moved out of the building. A possible reconstruction project was presented in early April; its authors are EtalonProject, Nowadays office and Syntaxis.
