The EU must defend its interests on the global stage

Deputy Minister of National Defense Karolis Aleksa says the European Union (EU) must urgently look for ways to meet Ukraine's needs, the Ministry of National Defense (MND) reported. He spoke on Thursday while participating in a meeting of EU defense ministers in Poland, where possible security guarantees for Ukraine, states' plans to further increase support for Ukraine, and accelerate the training and arming of its soldiers were discussed.
