The keys to the expansion of the naval base of Rota: new docks, two more kilometers of docking and detour of a river

The works, of great complexity, include the demolition of the buildings, the initial dredging of the dock (to a height -12 meters) and the creation of an esplanade, before beginning with the construction of the docks.
