SCM, negative opinion on the modification of service pensions for magistrates

The Supreme Council of the Romanian Supreme Court rejected the project that would have changed the service pensions of magistrates. The magistrates say that the Government's excuse regarding the fulfillment of the conditions through the PNRR is not valid.
