Absolutely stunning scenes have been captured by photographic lenses in the Moroccan part of the Sahara in recent weeks. Large lakes with palm trees jutting out, surrounded by sand dunes. The desert flooded after one of the world's driest regions received torrential rains last month. Among other things, Lake Iriqui, which had been dry for 50 years, also filled up.
