The State Duma deputy was urged to be deprived of his mandate for threatening to “burn dog lovers”
Public figures of Tatarstan sent a collective appeal to the Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov with a request to raise the issue of the resignation of Nikolai Arefiev, a State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, because of his words about his readiness to “burn dog lovers”. Commenting on the appeal of Tatarstan social activists, Arefiev told RTVI that this is not the first such case.
