The third season of the Sub 23 Development League begins

The Sub 23 Development League of the Puerto Rico Baseball Federation (FBPR) will begin its third season today, Tuesday, with two games on schedule, in the Ramón Cabañas de Utuado and Luis “Canena” Márquez de Aguadilla stadiums.
