Navarra is one of the five communities with a minor waiting to receive a dependency benefit, although the average delay reaches 204 days (almost 7 months) in the Foral Community. The question is that the average of the State reaches 338 days from the application for dependency until the benefit is received, where the waiting list has dropped by 9.4 per cent in one year, to 182,532 people.
