Theft of sex in Chad: the government goes up to the niche to put an end to psychosis

Feeded by rumours and social networks, a collective psychosis according to which several men suddenly saw their genitals disappear is spreading in many Chadian cities. Faced with a phenomenon likely to lead to violence, the government denounced on Thursday 17 April a "completely irrational" belief, without "no scientific or medical basis".
