Last January, beef exports plummeted and reached only 46,200 tons of product weight worth $227.7 million. This decline is not only in relation to the last month of 2024 of 20.1% in volume and 11.1% in value, but, with respect to the same month last year, sales abroad were 25.4% lower, with 4.4% less in foreign exchange income.
