SINGAPUR, April 24.- A group of scientists, with funding from Singapore’s Ministry of Education, have discovered a way to take advantage of rainwater electricity. The so-called plug flow technique involves channeling the movement of air drops and bags through a narrow tube made from a tantalum alloy.
