Textron sells Arctic Cat to investment group

Textron had shut down operations at the Thief River Falls maker of snowmobiles and ATVs as it explored strategic alternatives. The new ownership group includes former Arctic Cat executive Brad Darling, who currently is CEO of ATV maker Argo in Canada.
