Third time a winner – Djurgården is back in the SHL

It has taken three years but now Djurgården is an SHL team again. After some hard work and trouble, they secured their place in the top league on Friday evening when they won the fifth final match against AIK at Hovet with 4–1. The organizer of the victory was Linus Klasen who scored one of the goals and was behind the other. The party could begin.

Thoresen and Djurgården promoted Djurgården won 4-1 on Friday in the fifth final match in Allsvenskan after beating city rival AIK. Thus, they also won the final series with 4-1 in matches and are ready for promotion to the top level SHL, after three seasons at the second highest level.
