Many still without power after snow storm hits West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) – Snow, sleet, ice and freezing rain battered the Tri-State Sunday afternoon into Monday. While the worst of Winter Storm Blair has moved out of the region leaving only cold temperatures and light snow, the storm also caused numerous power outages throughout West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky that crews are still working to fix.
