MAYETTA, Kan. – The Winona State men's golf team tied for sixth place out of 19 teams at the Firekeeper Open hosted by Washburn University.

MAYETTA, Kan. -- Blake Saffell took home the first individual title of the Washburn Ichabod men's golf season with a victory at the Firekeeper Open as the Ichabods finished in 5th place at their second home tournament of the season.

Tigers 16th at Firekeeper Open - FHSU Athletics

MAYETTA, Kan. – Fort Hays State Men's Golf placed 16th as a team at the Firekeeper Open, held at the par-72 Firekeeper Golf Course. The Tigers improved as a team in each round, shooting scores of 310, 301, and 298. Jordan McCaslin, playing as an individual, had the top performance of the six Tiger golfers competing in the tournament by finishing at 7-over par overall.
