Tioga County Child Advocacy Center opens Owego facility

OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Tioga County's Child Advocacy Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new facility in Owego. The Advocacy Center has a new home located at 6 McMaster Street in Owego. They've been operating out of the new space since October. The CAC provides confidential services to children and families impacted by abuse and sexual harassment.
