Tomah Police Chief announces retirement
TOMAH, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) - After 26 years of service to the city of Tomah, Police Chief Scott Holum is retiring. Chief Holum started his career at the Tomah Police Department in 1999 and became police chief in 2021. His peers say he brought a forward-thinking approach. He implemented a therapy dog program, an investigative lieutenant position and many other initiatives. His last day will be on April 18th
