Dhar (MP), Feb 9 (PTI) Various social outfits organised a torch rally on Sunday in Madhya Pradesh’s Dhar district to oppose the planned disposal of Union Carbide waste, connected to the Bhopal gas tragedy, in the industrial town of Pithampur.
