Profeco urges Totalplay to respect contract terms
The Federal Consumer Attorney, Iván Escalante, argued that Totalplay cannot unilaterally modify the contract with its customers, so it must respect their terms or have the consent of the users to do so. Otherwise, they could terminate the contract without any penalty by now claiming to charge them for a data package and not for the Internet service in general as was the case.
