Trio arrested, suspected in theft from Hillsboro Target

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Three people, one of whom had an outstanding felony warrant, were arrested outside the Target in Hillsboro Thursday evening for allegedly stealing nearly $1,100 in merchandise. Around 7:20 p.m., police spotted the group in the parking lot of the store on SE Tualatin Valley Hwy, authorities said.
