PILOT ROCK – A two car accident briefly closed U.S. Highway 395 two miles north of Pilot Rock on Monday. According to Oregon State Police a Toyota Camry was traveling northbound on the highway when it struck the front drivers’ side of the cab of a Peterbilt garbage truck that was entering the highway from a driveway.
