Two people were killed when a truck collided with a car on Lamdpalri.

The front seat passenger and the driver, both 25, sustained head and chest injuries in the collision. The passenger in the back seat was rushed to the Thimphu National General Hospital and is in good condition. The vehicle was heading towards Thimphu from Tsirang and the truck was heading towards Wangdue Phobrang from Thimphu. According to history, the driver was asleep and the bodies of the deceased were found.
