Hello, We upgraded router and modem yesterday.  New WiFi information and password came with new equipment.  Of course it messed every Google Nest item up in the house and outside.  All cameras, speakers, thermostat, doorbell, you name it.  My husband and I both saw on sites to remove the device from Google Home app.  That is what we did.  That was a screw up.  Now even with QR codes and serial number it doesn't recognize the product.  Somehow it…
